Waterlife rebrand

A local houseboat business that was the first of its kind in the UK market faced a problem: having created the market, its share of voice was slowly being eaten away by new entrants. This occurred during a period when the company was growing in terms of sales, product lines, and broadening its target market. I helped create a new brand strategy to ensure the business could communicate effectively to various audiences through a parent brand that encompassed the overall purpose of the business. The project is ongoing but Waterlife has already regained its position as the UK’s leading houseboat and floating home brand with new partnerships and growth coming in 2025.

Not having the luxury of web, social and marketing teams around me on this project I had to do some fast learning as fractional brand and marketing director.
