Employer brand campaign

Telling your employer brand story can be a more emotive endeavour. I headed off to Bucharest, then to Bengaluru to start crafting the LSEG story through what would become a global recruitment campaign. The brief was not easy: attract talent away from the biggest technology firms in the world (you know them!). I managed to quickly tap into a human truth, which is that employees were more proud and driven by their purpose and global impact through product development or customer support, for example, than they were by any benefits program, of which they are mostly the same in large corporates.

And so ‘Built in Bucharest, deployed to the world’ was born.
